Do you have a lot of magazines lying around? Do you keep buying new ones, though, because you like reading them? Magazines are great pastime friends because they are light and still informational. However, because it’s light, it’s easy to finish one issue in one sitting and when you’re done with one, you can leave it and just move on. Then you buy a new one and the old ones just get stocked in your bathroom, living room and even on the veranda. Messy. And you don’t need attention flags to tell you that.

First, don’t let your magazine heap on the back of your toilet. They’ll look really disorganized and sloppy. What you can do is to give them a more alive look by hanging them by a rod like they do it in your favorite coffee shops. Just buy a towel rod by your favorite home depot and install it. What’s more, you just got yourself an extra hanging room in your bathroom.

For your living room, neatly stack your magazines under your coffee table. It doesn’t matter if you have a nice custom table throw above it or what material it is made of. As long as your magazines don’t look like they’ve gone haywire, it’s still a sight to behold. Avoid stacking them on top of the table because the table will just look “crowded”. Make use of the space right; the table top can house great Zen décor or can even make for a great work table.

You can sell or donate old magazines which you have grown tired of reading again and again. You can sell them to junk shops or do bundle selling by year of the issues. You can donate them at orphanages, local salons or even in schools.
