If you think that the only way you can stand out in school, in work or in any place crowded is if you dye your hair with the colors of an early warning device, then you're absolutely wrong. (Well, you can paint your face too or wear used custom street banners as clothing.) Aside from the additional options I've enclosed in the parentheses, you can also consider having a signature accessory and stick with it.

For Gossip Girl's phenomenal Chuck Bass, it was his colorful scarf. He wore it with him everywhere he went and any outfit he dons. For The Devil Wears Prada's Miranda Priestly, it was her Hermes scarf. Yes, they are both scarves. This is because scarves are so versatile, you can wear them around your shoulders, your waist, wrist, bag, double as a headband, or let it flap on your neck like racing flags. But don't worry, your signature accessory need not be a scarf. It can be a necklace (the goes well with a lot of things), a bright nail color which you are willing to maintain or a tattoo, even.

Your frequent exposure with a unique piece makes you "own" it. This is the same concept that happens when you are always with a person—they assume you’re together. Or when you're always using a car—they assume it's yours even when the company issued it to you.
So come up with something unique, bold and daring, and own it! Be an icon.

In this day and age, when a lot of people are so used to multitasking and leading busy lives, we often overlook the basic importance of eating right. And yes, that means eating the right kinds of food, eating at the right time, eating the right amount of calories, sugar and carbs, etc. Fastfood is so common today, and they’re also very convenient. More and more people also prefer eating out because it is more pleasurable and they can just "drop by" after work or school. Like eating has custom street banners posted on the way home.

The truth is, our bad eating habits can actually hurt us in the long run. So here is a quick tip: when you eat, indulge in the moment and give it your best shot. Avoid eating while you are working, heavy-texting, watching TV or surfing the internet. Sometimes you won't even feel all the flavors that you're supposed to taste in your tongue. Seems like the food just passed by. Indulge in the actual experience of eating—sight-wise, smell-wise, taste-wise and even touch-wise, if possible.

When you lose yourself in that one moment, of eating, you will appreciate what it is for and you will have a sense of consciousness in its purpose. Don't hurry and don't take nutrition for granted. Think about eating as not just an experience but also a health and wellness decision. Eat right. Don't wait for the warning flags to come out later in life. Trust me, your body will thank you later.

It takes a lot to just show up in a sports match. This is because you have to be willing to tough it out with all the heat and the excitement in the stadium. Merely being there already shows how much you want to support your team. Otherwise, you wouldn't even want to consider going there to support your team. But even when you decide to go through all that, you still bring things that will help you cheer your team on. After all, when your team wins, everything was worth the trouble you went through.

Perhaps the most common sport that attracts extremely loyal fans is American football. This is because there is one big sports association called the NFL that manages the seasons. There are also so many different teams that come from all over the country. Some loyal fans actually bring their NFL team flags to the stadium so that they can cheer their favorite team on. This is especially true if there is some sort of rivalry between teams that meet in the championships as the fans will also be fired up.

The largest sports events usually garner the largest crowds. And these are not simple national events. This is the Olympics. And this time, the whole world is involved in the entire process. The different fans actually go to these massive events just to support their favorite team. And usually, supporting a team also means supporting a country. That is why they bring their world flags along so that they can cheer their teams on more easily.

Party throwing is one of the most fun things to do, especially if you are extroverted. Spending some time with friends over some good food and drinks is always a nice experience. However, throwing last minute parties may get to be quite stressful. If you plan to throw a party that is easy to execute, why not throw a baked potato party?

How do you do this? Before you start, you decorate your home with a few custom flags that are printed with images of Mr. Potato Head. Also, look for some gag shops that carry those fake glasses that come with a nose and a moustache, much like Mr. potato Head's. This will keep the party fun.

Now for the food: baked potatoes. Simply purchase a lot of baked potatoes. Bake them until they are tender, or simply boil them until they get soft. Slice the potatoes length wise so you get little cheeks of potato. Scoop out some of the potato and set these aside. This should make a hollow portion in the middle of the potato. This is where your guests could put all their favorite toppings. Prepare minced pieces of crunchy bacon, some ham, shredded turkey or chicken meat, and all the cheese you can find.

Your guests can help themselves and pick all the toppings they want. After they have picked out their faves, pop the baked potatoes in the microwave and you have instant baked potatoes in a jiffy. Heads up: those baked potato pieces you scooped out from before make perfect ingredients for potato salad.

From the custom flags to the customizable potatoes, this party is sure to hit big with your spud loving friends.

It all starts with a gathering of people who need to get something off their chest. And then it ends in uncoordinated violence that harms more than it helps. However, there are times that riots end peacefully. And those are times when both sides have control over the different aspects of the gathering. If even one side loses control over just one variable, all hell can break loose.

The gatherings are actually quite legitimate. However, the outcome of the gathering depends entirely on the mood of the people who started the event. This is because it might take just a little push from one of the ringleaders to turn them into a violent group bent on doing as much damage as possible. This means that you have to observe the way they enter the area. If you see them waving around custom flags that represent an idea they like, they might be peaceful. However, if they start burning other flags, they might be violent.

Sometimes, you can tell by the idea that they support if the gathering will turn out to be violent or not. This is because they do have to be aligned with their ideas. Otherwise, it will give the ones they are rallying against more reasons to reject the idea. If you see them waving around pride flags, they might not turn out to be destructive. This is because they don't really want to be the catalysts for a big change in lifestyle. They just want to be accepted by people. In the end, it is how both sides want to approach the situation that will determine the outcome of the rally.

When you eat out, you don't only pay for the food and the service. You also pay for the way it is presented to you. This is because you appreciate the food not only through the taste but also through how it looks. After all, you wouldn't want to eat something that is served from plates that look like they haven't been washed for a few days already. That is why plating is so important and therefore why the buffet table is always the focus of attention.

When you're preparing a place for a party, you might want to think about how the food is going to be presented. This is because you will want people to get the most out of what they paid for. And you will want their buffet table to be as beautiful as possible since you will want the food to be appetizing. You can use custom table throws to get the job done. Just make sure that the color of the throw you use will augment the color of the food that you are going to serve. Otherwise, it will clash and it will not be as appetizing as you might want it to be.

If you are catering for a specific event and a specific guest list, you might want to incorporate some details about their organization or about the event itself into your decorating. You can take their logo or a symbol of their event and add that to the whole theme that you want to get the whole event running under. This goes beyond aesthetics as it will add to the overall experience of the ones who enjoy the event. You can use custom table runners for the tables that you want to emphasize.

The first thing that any potential racer has to learn is how to drive a car. They don't hit the ground running by driving extremely fast cars right away. They start with the slower, more controllable cars that are good for driving down busy streets and not executing tight turns while your thumb is on the afterburner. This is because they might just swerve out of control or pose as a potential harm to the other people who happen to be driving in the same street.

If you're a potential racer, you will have to learn how to control your car. This means that you will be driving around obstacles so that you can have a better sense of awareness around your car. This also allows you to improve your precision so that you can execute tight turns while running fast. You can achieve this by driving around feather flags somewhere. These flags should be easily visible so they shouldn't be hard to miss. When you think that you've gotten the hang of it, you can try driving around cones. That should give you even more precision.

If you really like racing but you don't think you can handle it out in the circuit, you can still bring home the race. You can get a few collectibles and decorate your house with them. You can even get hold of a racing jumpsuit and a helmet so that you can have something to hang on a wall. If you really want to experience the race, you can bring home a racing flag to decorate your driveway. That way, you will always feel like you're always on your next lap around the circuit.

The sun is hotter than ever, every body seems to be craving for some ice cold beer or frozen margaritas, people are starting to apply sun screen and are hitting the pool. What does this mean? It just means one simple thing: summer has come.

And when summer has arrived there is only one thing to do: throw a hot summer themed party. How do you do this? Well, first of all, you must decorate your back yard with some blank flags in neon green, lemon yellow, orange, and hot pink. This will make your back yard seems fresh, fun, and ready for summer. You may also use grass skirts instead of table cloths to give your party a novel feel. Some feather flags outside your house will give your guests a preview of all the fun things to come. Have your feather flags customized and put in the name of your party like "Kare's Summer Luau".

Serve a lot of sea food like grilled squid and fish. If you can, serve up some fresh lobsters and sauteed or cocktail shrimps with your favorite cock tail. Mojitos and margaritas work best for summer themed parties because they are not very potent (if you follow the traditional recipe) and are very cool and refreshing; and every body knows how important that can be under the blazing heat of the sun.

To up the summer ante, you may also play some summer themed songs like "Soak Up the Sun" by Sheryl Crow or Just Go by Lionel Richie. These songs will definitely put your guests in the mood for a relaxing summer party.

Hiking with a group means that there is always an advance party and a sweeper. This is because you will have to minimize the risks of getting lost and leaving someone behind. Furthermore, the advance party has to scout out potential hazards along the way. After all, you wouldn't want the main party and the sweepers to stumble off a precipice. And since it takes a lot of skill and experience to be able to detect those potential hazards, the advance party is made up of the most experienced hikers of the group.

The first thing that advance parties do is to scout out the easiest path to use. This is because they know that the main party has to conserve energy so that the hike and the destination can be enjoyed. Furthermore, they have to minimize the risks of suffering injuries due to unstable ground. What they do is they usually mark trees or plants indicating the direction of the path. However, they also use attention flags planted next to the trees that they marked so that inexperienced hikers can find their way.

Another duty that the advance party has to accomplish is to guide the main party through hazardous terrain. That means that they have to mark areas that are potentially harmful for the main party so that they can easily avoid the hazards. After all, some of these hazards might be fatal. The advance party plants danger flags in the areas that might be potentially dangerous. This offers a chance to avoid such areas. The sweeper team is then collects the flags once they pass by these areas so that they can be reused when they meet up at the destination.

Steering a huge ship through a narrow canal isn't exactly every navigator's dream. However, every big-time captain has to go through a narrow canal at some point in his or her life. After all, the big ports and the big paychecks are at the end of challenging waterways. That is why it pays to take note of the details that are part of the journey.

The first thing that port authorities do when they see a ship approaching is to send a scout ship ahead to check out the markings. This is because they will have to confirm radio identification in order to allow the ship to dock. They check out the nautical flag of the incoming ship so that they can easily figure out if it is a merchant ship or a passenger vessel. That way, they can allow the ship passage through a dangerous canal.

The waterway isn't what the navigator would pay attention to. He or she has to pay attention to the different support ships that would be sent to guide in the freight vessel. This is because the waters might be too shallow for the big vessel to go through unscathed. The support vessels have designated signalmen in order to signal which direction the ship should turn and at what speed. They also signal if they know that a potential hazard like a sandbank is near the course that they have plotted out. They use brightly colored blank flags to get the job done. This should ensure the safe docking of any freight ship through any narrow canal.

Most people plan for parties days, even weeks, in advance. They carefully pick out their theme, motif color, program, food and drink selection, and entertainment. Sometimes however, they are caught with a last minute reason to celebrate that somehow ends up being a last minute party.

As a guest, you also get sucked in the last minute panic. You have to frantically look for an appropriate outfit to wear (that fits the theme if any) and you have to find the perfect gift. For people who are close with the person throwing the party, this should not prove to be a problem. However, if you do not know much about the person who is throwing the party and are attending the last minute soiree in a day or so; this may prove to be one tough challenge.

When this happens to you, make sure that you narrow down your gift ideas to those that most people would like; and then customize it. For example, if you know that a person works in an office, purchase custom entrance mats and choose to print them with the logo of the company the celebrator is working for. You may also add his name as in "welcome to Mr. Black's office", for a personalized touch. This affordable gift will seem priceless.

If the celebrator is into a particular sport like golf, you may also buy custom golf flags in attractive colors. This will not only encourage him to enjoy his sport more, he will look good doing it.

Going into unknown territory might seem a little dangerous for an inexperienced adventurer. This is especially true if it is your first time to go out and have an adventure. However, you don't have to be the first to go into the wilds. You can minimize the risks by bringing along a few people to form a scouting party so that you can tread on the safer path. After all, if you just want to have fun, you don't want to run into anything unpleasant.

Scouting parties actually have one purpose: to figure out the safest and the most efficient path to the destination. They have been around since the formation of armies and they have served that same function ever since. They usually leave signs that point-persons are supposed to detect. However, since they aren't used for warfare anymore, they leave behind signs that are visible to all who would tread the same path. They leave behind signs such as attention flags so that the main group would be able to follow them through to their destination.

Since they are a party, they have different members. Each member has a specific task: One of them has to look forward and figure out a route, another has to check a map for reference to their destination, and another has to look for potential hazards. While the path is made of a series of flags, the hazards are marked by a different set of danger flags so that the main party will be able to avoid these hazards. This is especially important when it comes to sudden drops, quagmires and snake nests.

Building a road to places that are difficult to reach is not an easy process. This is because you have to map out the place and travel to where the current construction site is. After all, if you're building a road, it will keep going forward until it is finished. Since the assumption is that you have already hired someone to survey the path ahead, you're just going to follow the tracks. If you're the one surveying the site, you need to make the path visible.

The first thing that you have to consider is the distance of the road that you are building. You need to pack enough equipment to last the duration of the construction especially if you're on a tight schedule. You're going to have to pack attention flags so that the ones pouring in the concrete and laying down the asphalt can follow your trail. You should also bring along extra surveying equipment so that you don't have an issue when one breaks down.

Since you're the advance party, you'll need to spot potential hazards along the way. You will also have to mark these hazards so that they can be seen and they can be dealt with. Otherwise, accidents that could have been avoided will happen. You need to mark these areas with danger flags so that the construction party can avoid these areas or deal with these areas so that they can make their work area safer. After all, you wouldn't be able to work at full capacity if you knew that a boulder could come tumbling down any moment.

In the old days, different kingdoms would hold bloody competitions to find out who can get bragging rights. This arose from the need to control the fights that often resulted to wars because it involved royal blood. When the controlled fights came, rules were implemented to keep fights and tempers within the arena. Otherwise, they would have warred with each other until they killed themselves off.

The competitions during those times were bloody and dangerous. The primary objective was to test the mettle of contestants in battle. This means that the loser might actually die in the competition. To legitimize the results and the forming of the competition, the royal families that joined the event brought their family crest flags. This was also done to show that they were to be respected. Simply crossing their paths outside the arena could mean that you might lose your head. Furthermore, not respecting their representative in the arena also meant death.

These days, the competitions are no longer as bloody as they were before. Strict rules and guidelines prevent any unnecessary injuries in events that require physical contact. Furthermore, other events don't involve contact at all. They just test a different skill. And the different nations of the world bring their world flags so that they can respect the contestants of the other nations as well as be respected by the other nations. This act of bringing their flags isn't new. They just carried it over from the royal families of old. And not respecting that authority could earn you a lifetime of shame because you will be ejected from the game on international television.

These days, it isn't enough to simply finish secondary school. The competition is so tight that what you need is a college education. If you want to land a good job, you might need something more than the typical skills that you can get. If you don't even bother looking for the opportunity to learn something new, you might not want to think about landing great jobs.

The best way to start things off is to go around looking for good colleges to go to. Pay attention to college flags so that you can get an idea of what the different colleges can offer you. This should get you started on application procedures as you can pick a campus that can offer you the best education that you can get in your preferred field of expertise. After all, if you really want to be good at what you want to do, you have to have an excellent knowledge foundation that only an excellent education can offer.

If you feel that you also need to know about the extra curricular activities of the potential colleges that you saw, you can also check out their other college flags. This is because they also take pride in the teams that they send to win some competitions. This means that simply by seeing the names of these teams on their advertisements, you can tell that these teams have achieved something good. And if you want to be part of that team, you can attempt to join them once you are accepted into the school.

Designing a city from an already existing city plan is not as easy as it looks. This is because you have to make do with what you already have. In other words, you have to adapt to the way the city already looks like because it would be too costly to draw up and use a new plan. After all, you can't just demolish a building because it gets in the way of a highway you planned or just because it doesn't look good.

The most basic part of a city design plan is to make everything beautiful. This is especially true when it comes to public structures. Since there are a lot of people who use these structures, you might as well make them feel good about using them. The most common public structure is the street. And sometimes, even the slightest addition of street pole banners along these busy streets can make a lot of people smile. This is especially true if they say something about the season.

If the city has old flag emplacements, they sometimes change out some of their equipment. This is because rusty equipment can stain their flags. And they know that they don't give the flag the respect that is due if they allow the flag to get stained. This is why they replace entire flagpoles with new ones just so they can continue respecting the national symbol. Going the extra mile to help people appreciate their city also helps them appreciate their cultures and traditions.

Going into the woods with a party isn't as dangerous as it may seem. As long as you keep your wits about you and you don't lose track of time and supplies, you won't have to worry about your survival. However, if you do lose your way, remember that you're not supposed to keep still if you are in the wild. Try to find your way to the nearest camp.

The first thing that you have to do is to make sure that you have something bright and easy to wave like a blank flag so that people can easily find see you from afar. This means that if you do run into people who can spot you, they will rush to help you. This is vital if you are injured or if you have a party member who is injured. This should increase the chances of survival for anyone who requires medical attention.

If all of you are fine and you don't run into anyone, try looking for hunting lodges in the area. This is because there is a big chance that someone lives in those lodges. If you can get to them, they might have a working radio or a telephone that you can use to get word out that you need a rescue. Try looking for the custom flags that hunters use to mark their own lodges. If they don't have anything you can use to talk to the outside world, the hunters may have something to treat any wounds and to feed you for a while.

For a lot of people, flags, especially world flags, are very significant. They tell the story of the nation they come from; they show other people that they are proud of where they belong. When displayed for everyone to see, flags show patriotism, as the flag is the most common representative of a particular nation or country. Therefore, one must take really good care of flags.

Obviously, when you have a really good quality flag, damage is not much of a problem. However, without proper care flags will wear out. The funny thing is that the number one cause for the deterioration of flags is human carelessness. Flags are obviously made to stand extreme heat, strong winds, and rain, and usually do not get damaged by these. However, we must still follow some things in order to extend the lives of our flags.

Flags must be washed occasionally with very mild detergents. This helps it to stay clean, as fewer amounts of pollutants can build up in the flag. World flags must also be air dried completely before storage as this helps prevent mildew from building up. However, one of the most effective tips when taking care of your flag is to have moire than one. You must keep at least three flags which you can rotate. Use one on the flagpole, while the other is still washing, and keep another clean one just in case.

Remember, flags are supposed to be things to be proud of. They show so much about the love and respect you have for your country. Therefore, proper caring is a must.

If you find yourself bored and suffering from too much heat, why not throw a summer party right in your back yard? It is quick, easy to organize, and is loads and loads of fun. You must remember to keep the elements of your party fun, flirty, and colorful, and you are sure to throw on hot bash everybody will be talking about for days and days.

First of all, you must decorate the place with unexpected and very colorful stuff like grass skirts used as table runners, neon attention flags, and maybe even cut out pine apples and use those as candle holders.

One thing that is very important for summer parties is the cool drinks. Remember to serve some iced refreshments like frozen and flavored margaritas and mojitos. This citrusy and minty concoction will surely give your guests a cool time at the back yard. If you want to go the extra mile and sere something more exciting, you may create pine apple flavored jelly shots, or margarita ice by pouring margarita mixes into ice cube trays and waiting for them to freeze. Your guests could either suck on these alcohol cubes or wait for them to melt in their glasses.

You must also serve some grilled pork skewers, some chicken breasts served with roasted pine apples and bell peppers, and maybe even some grilled fish. These foods with simple, smoky flavors will surely take you to the tropics!

From the attention flags, to the drinks you serve, remember that this party should be colorful and refreshingly fun!

A lot of store owners and store managers take for granted the power of advertising; or they simply do not understand the concept. Most owners and managers do not decide to start advertising when they are still flocked by customers and clients. In fact, most owners and store managers of Small and Micro enterprises see advertising as somewhat of a last resort; a last attempt at getting back customers they have lost along the way.

However, there is only so much that advertising can do to a business that has already started dying a natural death. This is all part of the business time line; and nothing, not even powerful advertising, can stop this.

The key in advertising is perfect timing. Advertise when you are just starting up, to speed up your peak. And advertise as well when you are on top, to stay there as long as possible. Now, advertising does not have to mean full tri media campaigns; it may be as simple as putting out signs or custom flags outside your store.

Simple things, just like these can make your store more attractive to the customer. However, there are a lot of things to consider for a truly effective advertising strategy. Carefully study what colors your customers respond to. Does you target market respond to images or text? Are your custom flags and signs enough to get their attention? What is the message that you want to convey with these advertising tools? Do your customers and clients understand the message you want to impart?
