Custom Street Pole Banners - Custom Feather Flags

Tuesday, July 26, 2011
Custom street banners pose a cost efficient way of doing announcements because the cost just involves the design and printing of the banner (and space rent, maybe?) and it’s a one-time cost, unlike TV and radio spots where every piece of mileage costs something. There are even places where you can put your banner for an unlimited period of time and you’re good to go.

There are many articles which teach you how to design your custom street banners so you’re sure you’re not missed by the regular passer by. In this article, you will be taught how to place your banners correctly to maximize quality exposure.

First off, your banner must be in a well-lit area, even at night. Losing visibility during the night means losing a potential audience also. Remember that there are a lot of people who go out during the night and they’re generally in a more relaxed outlook so it’s a good time to promote whatever it is that you want promoted.

Secondly, the bigger your banner is, the higher it must be to maximize exposure. If your banner is just as big as two bond papers, it’s good to place that eye level only. If it’s twice of that size, place it 1-2 feet higher than eye level, and so on.

Always look at foot traffic when you’re thinking of where to put your street banner. It’s best to post on outside corners and somewhere where there’s a considerable number of people.

Aside from banking on the pairs of eyes that are likely to see your advertisement, this is also a move for safety. The more people frequent the area where you put your custom street banner, the less likely it is that your banner’s going to get damaged or stolen.
