In England, we often see crests printed on house gates, establishments and statues without even knowing what are those or the importance it signify for people concerned. The existence of these crests began ages ago when rich families where very particular with their status in the society. Needless to say, a crest represents the whole family. It becomes the binding symbol that allows rich men and women to be treated accordingly. However, if one family member proves to be a menace in the society, all else will suffer the same fate.
