We all have noticed that the world today is demanding so much more from us, no matter which age bracket, which income bracket and which other demographical bracket we belong to. We notice that years before, people weren't expected to instantly reply to messages, to do multiple things at once, and to accomplish stuff with speed. Today, with the help of technology, we, human beings, are expected to do more, and at the end of the day, we wear ourselves out.

During days when we just feel all buzzed out, don't let the warning flags come in without your very own armor. Prevent stress before it approaches you. Here are some quick tips:

1. Look at pictures which help you feel better. These pictures can vary from your family picture to an intimate shot between you and your special someone, a Hallmark-worthy kiddie picture or simply a sweet scenery. If you're bolder, you can opt for eye relaxing patterns, or cute world flags, even. As long as it makes you feel better, go.

2. Eat chocolate. Everybody loves chocolate. And everybody has their own favorite. So indulge in your and instantly feel better.

3. Engage in small talk. Sometimes just letting it out and letting it go is the best way. Have a quick word with someone you love, pour it in, and just let go. If you can't you can also write about it on paper and either keep it somewhere safe or burn it, as a symbolism.

4. Play a game. Distract yourself for a while and have some adrenaline re-boost. You can do so through a quick game via your computer or your cellphone. Or even some tic-tac-toe with a coworker.
