Custom Street Pole Banners - Custom Feather Flags

Thursday, November 3, 2011
Have you ever wondered where  feather flags came from? Is it really made of out of feathers? Normally, a flag mounted on ground looks like a feather. Its pole would be more of the shaft of the feather and the flag is the vane. Presumably, the flag’s design has been elaborated for the better condition on displaying as well as advertising.

On the other hand, the traditional flags are on rectangular shape naturally with the canton being placed on upper left corner of the flag and the hoist on the left side attached on the pole. Its sides can be flutter up freely. Flags are meant to be flared up so it would not be good to put on unreadable messages.

Feather flags have a huge area for hoisting than the traditional flags, being attached on the pole vertically. They permit the display text to be more readable. On the other hand, traditional flags are more on weak when it comes to wear and tear, especially when strong winds strike.

Additionally, they are more flexible that’s why they're on the top choice of  people who use them for advertisement purposes. Even the strong wind barely disturbs the flag and it really counts on being flexible enough, flying high against normal weather conditions. Somehow, it is a great choice for sponsors and advertisers especially for events and celebrations. Feather flags have wide range of options and designs depending on the flag text and location.
