The tails of faith flags will vary depending on the company it represents and the conditions. Examples are ripples which represent water, the swallowtail that stands for war or tails that appear like flames. Some people use four points to stand for the four corners of the world.

Numbers represent many things in God’s order of things. Each of these has a specific meaning and represent different traits in the Bible.

3 – Matthew 28:19 – The Holy Trinity.
4 – Revelations 7:1 – The four corners of the world.
5 – Psalm 127:5 – A complete quiver.
6 – Revelations 13:18 – Man
7 – Revelations 1:4 – God or perfection.
8 – Ezekiel 43:27 and Acts 7:8 – Complete.
9 – Leviticus 25:22, Luke 23:44-45, Mark 15:34 and Acts 10:3 – Birth and revelation.
10 – Exodus 20 – Bond and application of the commandments.
12 – Revelations 21:12 and 14 – Foundation.
14 – 2 times 7
21 – 3 times 7
24 – Revelations 11:16 – Godly worship.
30 – Luke 3:23 – The start of ministry.
40 – Genesis 7:4, Exodus 24:18 and 16:35, Jonah 3:1-5 and Matthew 4:2 – Overcoming challenges.
50 – Acts 2:1 – Pentecost.
70 – Psalm 90:10 – Life.

These numbers are indicative of several things and can be used as a guide when manufacturing flags. People can also pick the right materials that will match their personal ideas and budget for the best looking flag.
