There are many varieties of flags. It can be custom made in countless ways and one example is feather flags. This is one of the tried and tested materials used to endorse an event and or the company it represents.
In one of the big sports events that occurred in 2012, such as the Olympics, an image of a female player namely Jessica Ennis was seen everywhere. The company or campaign group that is behind the famous Olympics player placed her image using feather flags and placed them at almost all forecourts they have. Another outdoor event that proves the effectiveness of feather flags is during the Great Manchester Run. Feather flags are placed at each mile of the race track to advertise a sponsoring company’s brand by placing texts to promote information, including the name of a company and its logo. Studies show that through this multiple production and placement of feather flags it created a mental image of the flags and the company it represents on the runners’ brain.
