Santa Barbara, California is frequented by tourists because of its breathtaking beaches, historical architectural sites and fine wines. Every day, tourists will have to decide where to tour, eat and drink, because there are so many great places to try. Santa Barbara features a wide array of bars, restaurants, parks, beachside locations and museums.

If you are looking for great French/Californian cuisine, try Bouchon in Santa Barbara. The place serves wine country cuisine, made only of the freshest top quality ingredients. The restaurant collaborates with local farmers, fishermen and ranchers to create a wonderful menu that has become quite famous in the Central Coast of California. Their special dish is the duck breast, although people also like ordering the venison, seafood and rack of lamb. The place also features a long line of county wines.

When visiting the city, also try Louieā€™s California Bistro, situated at the Upham Hotel. The restaurant is within an old Victorian building set up in 1871. At the restaurant, guests can try a variety of wines from Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley and Santa Barbara County. There is a beautiful dining area and accommodating waiters.

Another place to try is the Seagrass Restaurant. It is owned by Mitchell Sjerven, the same owner of Bouchon. Order fresh seafood and other specials for the night, paired with great local wines. There are so many places and restaurants to visit in Santa Barbara any time of the day. However, be sure to include these three places when you visit to have the complete experience.
