As kids, boys and girls are required to join the boy scouts and girl scouts' troop. This is mandatory in other schools and also a huge part of the curriculum. Scouting is included in the school's program of study because of the skills and attitudes that students can learn from it. Scouting can be found in almost all countries, with the same guiding principles and motto, that is to be prepared at all times.

In scouting children are also taught to be competent leaders and they are also trained to help the community in every way possible. Boy scouts and girl scouts are prepared to lend a hand to anybody who will be in need of their help, from helping an elderly cross the street to assisting a teacher in carrying out some tasks.

Scouts are also coached to do first-aid and instructed to find an easy fix to some broken things. Kids who join the scouting troop are also prepared in times of danger and other urgent situations that is why scouts also know how to interpret danger flags and attention flags.

Scouting though is not all work and training, scouting is also an avenue where young boys and girls can develop friendship and also find a room to grow as an individual. They can also hone their talents and skills and be able to share it with others. After a day of toil and helping other people there is also a time for socialization. They gather around the bonfire and sing or share stories and when they grow up these are the memories that are worth reminiscing that will surely put a smile on their faces.
