Balloons on a motorcade, yes; customized flags, maybe. Some people think that having balloons and flags in one motorcade might be too much but really, there is no such thing as too much if you know you’ll be in the streets trying to capture as much attention as you can.

Remember, the motorcade is time when you can be the king of the streets, when the regular route gets changed just because you’re passing by.
