Monday, March 18, 2013

Many companies and entrepreneurs have been using custom flags through the years because of its durability and beauty. The flag continues to look good after years of use and constantly evokes a sense of reverence among the people looking at it. The flags can be made using your own original concept so you can display it with a lot of pride.

There are certain rules and policies to follow when it comes to caring for and using the American Flag. The American Flag is respected throughout the world because it stands for the struggles of the early Americans to gain independence. When the American Flag is shown from a high place, there should always be some light shining on it. This explains why a light is always affixed on the banner after sunset or the flag should be brought down after the sun disappears. The flag can also be placed inside the home or building. You have to find some source of light and display it properly on the material when indoors.

First, the American Flag should not be dipped, placed upside down or swayed to any person. Even when thereĆs an emergency, the flag should always be held properly.

Next, the American Flag should appear clean and organized all the time. It should also be fixed whenever there are minor flaws present. The flag should always look its best; otherwise, it must be properly folded and burned in a ceremony. The American Flag should also never touch the ground and should be given to the next person with due care and the material free from contact with any other person or item.

The American Flag should not be vandalized or there should be no words or symbols written on it.

The American Flag includes 13 red and white stripes that stand for the 13 first colonies in the United States. The 13 stars in a circle were made in 1776 by Betsy Ross. In 1777, the banner was officially made into the American Flag by the Congress which became widely famous around the world.
