Custom Street Pole Banners - Custom Feather Flags

Thursday, January 2, 2014
Every nation has a national flag to which the country’s sovereign is
recognized and embodied. For the American flag it is the well familiar
stars and stripes. Wherever the familiar design is seen, may it be as
flags, patches, print, or even as solid craft, the American presence
and pride is surely felt and seen.

Usually, the American flag is used as a staunch statement of the
allegiance of a citizen to the American sovereign. Household who fly
this flag in front of their lawns or on their porches signify loyalty
publicly. As for the more discrete and conservative ones, they still
show their pride and respect by utilizing smaller flags or designs
such as those attached to small sticks which may have a heavy base as
paperweight, or perhaps with small patches placed on their attires or
things.

During ordinary days, a lot less display of the star spangled banner
may be seen publicly, but during formal events and national holidays,
the presence of the American flag significantly increases. One key
national holiday that sees an almost perfect display of patriotic
pride is during Independence Day. It is this day in which the US flag
has been created most especially, having been waved for the first time
more than two centuries ago.

Not only is the American flag felt just because of the literal
presence of the flag, but also with the well formed theme it has been
associated with – the red, white, and blue motif commonly seen

everywhere in the country.
