Together with Other Flags in Adjacent Manner:
For those who raise various flags using different flagpoles arranged in an adjacent way, the US flag must be the one to be raised first followed by the rest and the one that be lowered last from the flagpole. No other flag must be raised to the right side of the US flag.
With Other Flags in Circular Manner:
For those who raise a group of flags in a circular position, the US flag must be located at the center and must be raised at the highest level compared to all other flags.
With Other Flags from Other Nations:
For those who raise flags of other nations, all flags must have the same size on individual flagpoles but of the same height. But on situation of making peace with other nations, it is proper that no country flag must be raised higher than others.
For Special Situations of Flag Display:

When Flag Must Be Displayed at Half Mast:  
The US flag may be raised at half mast on rare occasions such as on Memorial Day but until noon and only then the Governor or the President permits it. Should the flag must be displayed at half mast manner it must be raised fully however placed at the lower mid-point of the flagpole. Should several flags be placed on the same flag pole, the American flag must be at the mid-level of the pole. All other flags must be below it.
