A custom tent is a must have for adventurous folks. Not only that it is a handy or bring-along shelter, there are tents that are customized according to how the users want them. Though tents like these are oftentimes heavy-duty, it is vital to know how to keep and maintain them well.
When camping, installing or setting up a tent is one of the first things to do. Be careful when unpacking a tent. If possible, unpack the pieces carefully in order not to lose a piece and tear or break one. There is no need to be in a rush putting the pieces together but make sure that each is attached well and firmly.
Custom tent must be free of dirt and hard outdoor things such as leaves, rocks, and twigs to prevent it from tears, scratches and holes when the tent must be packed back up. It is important to ensure to empty the interior of the tent and sweep the dirt off when possible. And when the tent is sure clean and free of things, it is then safe to pack and store.

Packing a tent is easy. After shaking of the dirt from the tent lay it back on the ground then start to fold the tent following the same fold lines as it was unpacked. Custom tent can either be folded, rolled or both depending on the style of it. To be sure that it is packed correctly it is better to remember how it looked prior to unpacking it.
