There are a lot of women all over the world who admit to have different things running in their minds. They are pressured to keep up with the latest fashion trends, have a great and happening career, have a guy to love and care for her well and have a great social network. Sounds like a lot of pressure, isn't it? Good thing they didn't come with one of those often annoying custom feather flags.

However, along with this long list of things that a woman is pressured to do, how about answering this question: do you know how to protect yourself in case you're trapped in a compromising position? How do you deal with being and keeping safe?

It's a shame that a lot of women don't know how to protect themselves when they are assaulted physically. Now, we know that such women is the more vulnerable gender, and sometimes, no matter how smart she is, when she's caught in the state of panic, she just loses her cool and ceases to find a smart way to get out of the sticky situation.

One very good thing to do, for you woman, is to take a local and even short term class about self defense. Sometimes, even if you just know the basic stuff about protection, it could go a long way when needed. Other tips include not adapting a constant walking route when you go home, avoid dark and dodgy areas (if you can, pick the ones with bright street light banners), avoid wearing clothes which are too skimpy or looking too flashy.
