Custom Street Pole Banners - Custom Feather Flags

The first thing you need to know when making a flag case is to get a glass to cover the front.
Get the right dimensions of the glass in two approaches:
1. Get the right size then deduct 1/8 of an inch.
2. Measure the glass by adding 1/4 inch more so that this will be set into the frame properly.
Get a wooden corner board measuring 8 feet.
The length is 3/4 inch on each side for the outer corners of the walls.
The cut should be made well so that the pieces properly fit into the 45-degree angles and the triangle frame.
The glass can also be set from the back after you nail the wooden corner from the outside.
Cut and prepare 3 pieces of molding on the inner part to position the glass well. These will measure 1/4 x 1/4 inch.
You will also need a table saw for the inset glass.
The table saw guide must be prepared 1/4 inch from the inner part of the saw blade for more accuracy.
Prepare the depth of the blade as well by 1/8.

Cut the whole 8-foot board once if you are insetting glass. It is quite hard to cut small pieces and expect everything to be perfect.
If you do not know how to use a table saw, ask someone with experience to do it for you. The pieces should be slowly guided along the surface to make accurate cuts and prevent accidents.
