A good business should be able to operate whether it rains or not. Ideally, they should be functional during allocated business hours, and should be very much affected with the changing weather conditions. Exhibits and conventions situated in the outdoors are greatly exposed to the effects of these since they are situated outdoors. While there may be some expected slight effects brought about by the presence of rain, snow or any other harsh conditions, custom canopies offer a good second to none option for outdoor business to continue.
Before buying a custom canopy right off the shelf, you may want to check first the quality and features if it would suit your needs. As a start, one should consider the denier rating of the canopy fabric. Think of it as the durability and toughness factor of the fabric. A higher rating means it is more interwoven and durable, thus providing a more comfortable and hassle free outdoor venture. A rating of 500 at least is suited for top canopy material, while you may already opt for a 300 rating for sides if need be. Nevertheless, opting a higher rating for both is ideal, but at a bit more expense.
As for the poles and frame, you would have to look out for the thickness and material type. The most common, and more durable ones are aluminum and steel. Steel may be heavier, but it is cheaper than aluminum. The thickness of the pipes is essentially pegged at least 29mm for personal use, while 32mm at least or higher is needed for commercial activities. Bigger custom canopies may even require additional cross bars or reinforcement frame as necessary.
Getting these two things checked basically increases product efficiency and longevity, not to mention increasing the customer experience to a more positive regard.
