Pennant streamers have a good reputation of being able to put down and be placed right back during times of bad and good weather conditions, respectively. In this case, it would not be much of a concern to place these advertising designs if you plan to have them displayed on a daily basis. Here are some more basic steps in taking care of these.
For wind concerns, the design of pennant streamers is made in such as way that they have flaps in order to properly address wind issues. However, there is only a certain amount of pressure from the incoming wind that the flaps can accommodate. For heavy gusts of winds or a more than normal windy day, it is important to take them down rather than risk of having them detached from their fixtures, or worse being torn apart. Even if vinyl is resistant to pressures, it is understandable that even gusts of wind reaching more than 70 miles per hour could cause serious strain on any resisting item.
Poor installation is usually the problem with faster damages caused to pennant streamers. Since bad installations cause heavy strain on the point of attachment, this is where most streamers get torn. A poorly fastened streamer is more likely to incur damages to wind and other unfavorable weather conditions. Not only will this error cause the advertiser more expenses later on, it would be a danger to those who would happen to be passing bay when the damage becomes too unbearable and the installation gives in.

Even simple stains and dirt should be taken care of. With a little and simple cleaning, not only will the print be fresh and good to look at, it would also prevent the stains from becoming lodged into the print.
