National flags must be presented in alphabetical order together with the American flag inside the country and its other territories.
State flags must be presented with the host state coming in first followed by other states.
Military flags must be shown according to the organization. The Army comes first, followed by the Marine Corps, the Navy, the Air Force, the Coast Guard and others.
