Custom Street Pole Banners - Custom Feather Flags

Friday, December 4, 2015
You will learn how to hang faith flags and banners in two basic ways. The first approach is called wall hanging, which requires the use of a dowel with finials. Sometimes, a rope with tassels is also used. The second approach is the free standing pole with a base. You can make use of vertical and horizontal dowels with finials. A center PVC and weighted base are also necessary.

To do the wall hanging approach, ropes and tassels will provide a good touch to the final banner. There is twisted satin rope, upholstery ropes and metallic ropes on the internet as well as local shops that will work to your advantage. Prepare some tape before cutting the rope to mark the spot where you should cut.
Cut at the center of the part where you put the tape. The tape will land on both sides so that these will not unravel. You can make use of attractive ropes that will be hung on either side. You can also use a swag and put it over the faith flag to add more to its beauty.
A wooden dowel has to be cut at the desired length that will suit the flag width and move a few more inches on either area. Make the adjustments according to your preference. A wooden rode will also be useful, although some people prefer a small dowel. Metal rods will also be ideal. If you wish to drape the fabric from the ends, provide enough length to the dowel to let it drape accordingly. The dowel diameter will depend on the top case size.
