It isn't easy to just build a car. It actually requires a lot of testing and a lot of fabricating so that you can get the specifications that you wanted. One mistake and the car won't handle the way you envisioned it to be. Furthermore, the right materials should be used. Otherwise, it could either be too heavy or too light and it might easily compromise your safety as a driver or as a passenger. That is why so much care goes into the testing and the construction of such a vehicle.

The tests can be divided into two parts. The first part is all about the handling of the cars. They have to figure out if their constructed car can live up to the standards that they have on its turning axis, payload capacity, and other factors that come into play when the car is brought to full production. They have to test these things in a test course with custom flutter flags to guide the test driver around.

The second part of the test is all about safety. They have to make sure that their new car can hold up to safety standards that the country they operate in imposed on them. Otherwise, they could be sued by their own customers and they would lose a lot of money. The most important thing for them to do is to test their cars to see if they respond well to emergency situations that might determine if the passenger lives or dies. When the car passes that test, it can be sold as a part of the fleet that runs under their corporate flag.
