Answer: The flag must be located right at the middle and must be the tallest point of a parade group especially when displayed along with other state flags.

Answer: When there are flags of different nation or states that are raised separately all must be a the same height level regardless of which state or nation won the Olympics.

Answer: When the flag is displayed at main street, it must be raised vertically by having the union facing north in an east and west street or facing the east in a south and north street.
