Since there are many flags around, race fans cheering for their contender, sponsors wanting to create a greater presence in the event, and the cars themselves, that use flags as their IDs. If you go to such an event, surely you don’t want your flags to be drowned in the sea of these lookers. Here are a few tips on how to make eye catching racing flags:

When it comes to colors, brighter isn’t always better. There really will be a tsunami of colors in most racing events so the best that you can do with colors is to come up with one striking combination. For example, since most racing events are male-packed and will be filled with blacks, whites and reds, have your flags be done in a bright pink and purple color. Or orange and yellow.

Aside from having a different color, you can also experiment having your flags in different shapes; shapes that veer away from the regular rectangular one. Try the star shape, the pentagon or have one cut out from a customized logo. This will really assure that your flag will stand out from the crowd.

Lastly, if you really want to have one head-turning flag, you can try 3D to garner those amazed looks from the crowd. Who’d thought you’d put so much effort, right? That effort will surely be acknowledged. Use hard paper to hold the 3D images together and make sure your racing flag keeps its pristine shape no matter how rigorously you wave it. Sometimes you just don’t know when you’ll get too excited!

Nowadays, it’s not uncommon to see individuals who love to race with a party. That’s why get your racing flags now and start the party today. However, if you don’t know how to set-up your race party, then below are just some of the tips how.

Venue

An important thing for a race party other than racing flags is the venue. Yes, if you want to have the best party and then plan the necessary design for your event ground. During the ordinary golf, best score in 18 holes are trying to get by the players. In an ordinary golf course, flag golf is still played on but the competition varies when the game is played in reverse with a player being allotted with a specific number of strokes. This game will be getting its name on the custom golf flags that the competitors of the event usually put on the ground.

The winner on a golf flag competition will be chosen when he positions his flag the final one on the most distant area from the beginning of the course. For instance, the allotted number of stroke for a certain tournament would be 50 strokes and you put your flag at the area of 15thgreen and no other flag was place beyond the place of your flag then you won the tournament.

Running out of ideas for a great party? Rev things up by throwing a race themed bash and party full throttle. Get those racing flags waving and green light your one of a kind soiree and here’s how.

Set the tone of your party by decorating your event area. Hang race flags strategically around your venue, with the ubiquitous black and white checkered flag all prominently. You can place a green flag at the entrance to signal the start of the party, and other race flags all throughout. Go all out and feature a video wall showing great car races, or racing movies such as Driven or The Fast and the Furious. Set up a gaming station where people can slug it out in Gran Turismo and other racing games, and give prizes for the winners.

Every race ends with a party and champagne, so the food has to keep up with the theme. Decorate your food stations like a pit stop, with the pit race flag of black and orange flying over it. You can serve drinks like the sidecar, the flaming Ferrari, or even create and name a drink for the occasion.  For dessert, a car shaped cake can be the star of the show, or cupcakes with mini racing flags stuck at the top. Ask your caterer if the servers can dress up as pit crew, and wear custom overalls for the occasion.

And as a thank you gift for your guests, send them home with a miniature racing flags as a souvenir of their racing good time at your bash.
