US flags are very common during special holidays like Independence Day, Flag Day and Veterans Day. Several sellers feature US flags and there are actually several flag types available. All US flags showcase the stripes and stars and the colors blue, red and white. Some are ideal for outdoor use while there are designs specifically for indoor setups. Before buying a flag for a structure, consider the size and where the banner will be placed.
Consider the purpose of your US flag. Some people may set up in front of their house, office or school. There are others who prepare the flag inside an auditorium during special presentations and speeches. You have to check if you only need one flag or if you have to set up several and the corresponding sizes that will match. Sellers of US flags generally have different dimensions available for buyers. If you have a lot of people coming, you might opt for several miniature flags which they can wave. These are more common during parades and concerts.

For US flags that are featured inside or outside buildings, the material and stitching should be checked too. The banner may also deteriorate over time if exposed outdoors for several hours. There are printed banners made of polyester or cotton material that are ideal for indoor use. The ink may also fade over time. Some banners are quite tough and can withstand the elements. Set these up accordingly and observe how well these can tolerate the weather.
