Custom Flags - Custom Street Banners

Monday, June 9, 2014
There are moments when we wish to be creative so we come up with decorative items like a half fan flag bunting and miniature displays during Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Independence Day, etc. These items will guarantee a more exhilarating experience for everyone. The bright colors and special shapes and patterns will be ideal when positioned throughout a street or park. You should also gather the necessary items to start making these for a low price. Some of the essential stuff to include are scissors, special paper or material for the buntings and a sewing machine. You can also make a funeral bunting flag if a loved one died. The process is generally the same with some adjustments to be provided for.
Start making the bunting flag by knowing the right dimensions based on where you are going to place these. The width of the bunting flag should be consistent with the base. The width must be equal to the base number, divided by two. The length of the flag should be the same as the base number.
The paper or material strips should also be prepared based on the width of the panel. The strips must be the same as the total width of the panel. If you have a panel width of 20, you will need five strips, each measuring four inches in width. Also prepare the patterns and colors to match the overall theme. Some strips may not look good if these are not cut properly or the dimensions are not the same.

Arrange and place the materials and strips along the string then sew these in place. Hang these up for everyone to see.

When celebrating special holidays like Independence Day, Memorial Day, Election Day and others, you will discover how a half fan flag bunting can significantly improve the look of the environment. The fan bunting will appear very attractive yet sophisticated at the same time because of the colorful strips and patterns. Choose fun shapes and patterns that follow the main theme. You can easily make buntings by preparing the necessary materials and tools like a pair of scissors and a sewing machine. When using a funeral bunting flag, you will apply the same process although certain rules have to be followed.
When making the bunting flag, determine the proper dimensions. The width of the flag will depend on the size of the base. If the flag should be about 30 inches wide, the base number should also be 30. The width of the panel will be equal to half of the base number, in this case, 15. The panel length must be the same.
The strips of the material may also be divided according to the panel width. Cut strips that equal the total of the width of the panel. For example, if the panel width is 15, you need five strips that are three inches wide. Use the right colors to come up with the proper theme. Cutting the wrong-sized strips will only ruin the symmetry of the buntings. Have someone help cut these out to get faster results.

The strips can be arranged accordingly to be sewn and displayed for the big event.
